Seasoned makeup and hair veteran Monique McLaughlin, has crossed various platforms with her work from print, television, commercial and film. With a vast portfolio that includes all skin tones and hair textures, Monique excels on set as she is often hired not only for her versatility, but for her speed in both completing and transitioning looks. Directors and their teams praise Monique on her ability to keep the production on time or ahead of schedule.
She can do commercial clean, beauty, and avant garde makeup and hair, in addition to special effects.
Monique is a proud member of Professional Beauty Association, The Powder Group, Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (Suncoast Chapter), Women in Film and Television (WIFT) and Florida Film. Also a licensed cosmetologist, Monique is able to create and showcase different looks by altering hair colors and styles. She is Safe Sets Certified along with Covid-19 Barbicide Certified in sanitation practices.
